  Access Systems
    Service provided for the repair/inspection, computer reloads, software problems and adjustments as needed.
  Alarm Systems
    Service provided for major alarm systems includes repair and/or inspection of control panel, triggering devices and all inputs/outputs of alarm system for proper operation. Checking and adjusting of power supplies and batteries. Cleaning and adjusting of all sounding devices.
  Cash Safes
    Service provided for emergency penetration in case of a lockout, cleaning, oiling, repair/inspection, and adjusting of time clocks; cleaning, oiling, inspection, repair, resetting of combination locks also repairing and cleaning of bolt work.
  Drive-up Systems
    Service provided for major brand drive-up systems/windows include cleaning, repair/inspection, and adjusting of customer unit, teller terminal, audio system, and carriers. For windows this includes cleaning, adjusting, repair/inspection of all mechanical and electrical components and intercommunication system. Service also provided for lighting and bullet resistive glass.
  Night Depositories
    Service provided for cleaning, repair/inspection of depository head. Cleaning, repair, and inspection of combination lock and bolt work of chest; resetting of combination locks.
  Safe Deposit Boxes
    Provide service for drilling of safe deposit locks by appointment, making/remaking of keys, cleaning and polishing of door finishes.
  Teller Counter Equipment
    Provide Service for repair/inspection, cleaning, adjusting of all mechanical operating systems such as locks, locking mechanisms, latches, catches, suspensions, casters, etc., including lubricating and cleaning of all polished surfaces.
  Vault Doors
    Service provided for emergency penetration in case of a lockout, cleaning, oiling inspection, repair and adjusting of time clocks; cleaning, oiling, inspection, repair, resetting of combination locks and repairing of bolt work when necessary. Polishing, oiling cleaning, tightening, adjusting, inspection of hydraulic and/or electric door controls and adding fluid where required. Complete cleaning and polishing of finished surface of vault door, vestibule and its grill and/or gate.
  Video Systems
    Service provided for most major video systems includes repair and/or inspection of VCR/DVR to include cleaning, adjusting, and lubrication. Cleaning and adjusting of cameras and switchers.


Maintenance Warranty

KDE warrants the repair/maintenance service and parts provided for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date the applicable service was completed. During the applicable warranty period, KDE shall at its expense repair, or correct such defective work or parts. KDE's warranty does not cover failure of the equipment or parts beyond KDE's reasonable control.
